Osisko Development Announces Board of Directors Change

Osisko Development Corp. announced Thursday, December 12, 2024, that Ms. Marina Katusa has resigned from the Company's board of directors, effective immediately.

The Company extended thanks to Ms. Katusa for her service as a director and wished her success in her future endeavors.

Osisko Development is a North American gold development company focused on past-producing mining camps in mining-friendly jurisdictions with district-scale potential. The Company aims to become an intermediate gold producer by advancing its wholly-owned Cariboo Gold Project in British Columbia, Canada, the Tintic Project in Utah, U.S.A., and the San Antonio Gold Project in Sonora, Mexico.
