Osisko Development Announces Initial Mineral Resource Estimate for Trixie Deposit

Osisko Development Corp. has announced an initial mineral resource estimate (MRE) for its Trixie deposit, part of the company's Tintic Project in Utah, USA. The preliminary estimate indicates significant precious metal potential.

The Trixie deposit estimate includes 213,000 ounces of gold grading an average of 28.1 g/t and 385,000 ounces of silver grading an average of 50.8 g/t in measured and indicated resources. Additionally, inferred resources contain 243,000 ounces of gold at an average grade of 19.6 g/t and 530,000 ounces of silver at an average grade of 42.8 g/t. The resource area spans 610 meters in strike length and extends to a maximum depth of 295 meters.

The estimate is based on 4,467 underground chip samples and 50 drill holes, 23 of which were drilled by the company in 2022. The gold mineralization is believed to be associated with high-sulfidation epithermal mineralization and is structurally controlled within quartzites. According to the company, there is potential to extend mineralization at depth and along strike, both within and beyond the historical mine footprint.

Osisko Development stated that this resource estimate will assist the company in its near-term exploration and operational planning. The company intends to file a technical report for the estimate within 45 days. Osisko Development holds a 100% interest in the Tintic Project.
