Osisko Development Appoints VP of Project Development, COO Departs
Osisko Development Corp. has appointed David Rouleau as Vice President, Project Development. The company also announced that Chief Operating Officer Éric Tremblay is leaving the firm.

MONTREAL – Osisko Development Corp. announced on January 9, 2025, the appointment of David Rouleau as Vice President, Project Development. This move is intended to strengthen the company's operational leadership as it advances its Cariboo Gold Project in central British Columbia.
The company also confirmed that Chief Operating Officer Éric Tremblay is departing effective immediately to pursue other opportunities in the mining sector. Rouleau will provide senior leadership support during the transition period and will actively participate in advancing operational readiness for the Cariboo Gold Project until a permanent COO is appointed.
Osisko Development has initiated a search process for the COO position. Rouleau brings over 35 years of mining industry experience, including previous roles at Victoria Gold, Taseko Mines, and Teck Cominco. He has also worked in British Columbia's Cariboo region.
The company is focused on developing past-producing mines in North America with the objective of becoming an intermediate gold producer. Its key projects include the Cariboo Gold Project in Canada, the Tintic Project in Utah, and the San Antonio Gold Project in Mexico.
