Osisko Development Extends Gold Mineralization at Cariboo Project Beyond 700 m Depth

Osisko Development Corp. has released new drilling results from its Cariboo Gold Project located in central British Columbia, Canada, indicating that gold mineralization extends beyond 700 meters vertical depth in previously untested areas. The company reported significant, high-grade gold intercepts from eleven new surface diamond drill holes.

Key findings include an intercept of 13.19 grams of gold per tonne over 3.60 meters at a vertical depth of 596 meters, and another of 28.90 grams of gold per tonne over 0.50 meters at a vertical depth of 718 meters. These results were obtained from drilling designed to test near-mine potential at depth and in gap zones outside the current Cariboo Gold deposit footprint.

The company stated that these results confirm the presence of high-grade mineralization at depth and support the potential for resource growth below and outside the current mineral resource, which has an average depth of approximately 350 meters. Approximately 65% of the recent drilling transected areas outside the defined mineral resource.

Osisko Development is continuing exploration with five drill rigs operating on the surface, systematically testing targets down-dip of the current mineral resource to a maximum vertical depth of 800 meters. The company believes it is in the early stages of defining the full extent of the mineralized system at depth.
