MONTREAL – Osisko Development Corp. has released a technical report for the updated mineral resource estimate of the Trixie deposit, located within the company's Tintic Project. The report, dated April 25, 2024, presents the resource estimate as of March 14, 2024, for the deposit within the historic East Tintic Mining District in Utah, USA.

The report indicates measured and indicated mineral resources totaling 245 million tonnes, with an average gold grade of 19.11 g/t and a silver grade of 60.80 g/t. This encompasses 150,000 ounces of gold and 478,000 ounces of silver. Additionally, inferred resources are estimated at 202 million tonnes, containing 7.80 g/t gold and 48.55 g/t silver, corresponding to 51,000 ounces of gold and 315,000 ounces of silver.

These resource estimates are based on the 2024 figures and are consistent with the company's prior disclosure on March 15, 2024. The assessment was prepared by independent representatives of Micon International Limited in accordance with National Instrument 43-101 standards. The estimates are reported for an underground mining scenario with a cut-off grade of 4.32 g/t gold.

Osisko Development holds a 100% ownership of the Trixie deposit, which is part of the larger Tintic Project. The company has filed the technical report for public access, available electronically on SEDAR+ and EDGAR, as well as on the company's website. No known material environmental, permitting, legal, title, taxation, or socio-political issues are understood to affect the mineral resource estimate.
