OSM Worldwide Earns Great Place to Work Certification for Eighth Consecutive Year
OSM Worldwide has received Great Place to Work certification for the eighth consecutive year. Employee survey results indicated that 94% of employees consider the company a great place to work, significantly exceeding U.S. company benchmarks.
OSM Worldwide, a nationwide eCommerce and direct-to-consumer (DTC) parcel expeditor, has achieved Great Place to Work certification for the eighth consecutive year. The certification, based on direct employee feedback, saw 94% of employees report that OSM Worldwide is a great place to work, surpassing the average for U.S. companies.
The company's survey results this year represent its second-highest scores since its initial participation in the certification process. OSM Worldwide, headquartered in Chicago, operates a network of facilities across the U.S., including locations in Atlanta, Dallas, Las Vegas, and York, Pennsylvania.
