Founded by Steve Smith and Matt Gerard, Outerland observed that while technology development is becoming more accessible, successful transformations still hinge on correctly defining problems, understanding operational needs, and establishing a clear path from strategy to execution. The firm serves clients in financial services, asset management, real estate, and other highly regulated sectors.
