Outokumpu appoints Johan Lindh as Vice President, Investor Relations
Steel company Outokumpu Oyj has appointed Johan Lindh as its new Vice President, Investor Relations. Lindh will take up his position on November 17, 2025.

Steel manufacturer Outokumpu Oyj has appointed Johan Lindh (M.Sc. Econ.) as Vice President, Investor Relations, effective November 17, 2025. Lindh joins Outokumpu from Ahlstrom, where he has held senior investor relations roles since 2018, most recently as Vice President of Group Investor Relations.
Lindh brings extensive experience in leading and developing investor relations functions. His previous roles include positions focusing on Nordic equities, research operations, and engagement with international institutional investors. He has previously worked at companies such as UPM, Ålandsbanken, and SEB.
Lindh will report to Outokumpu Oyj's Chief Financial Officer, Marc-Simon Schaar. The company expects Lindh to contribute significant value to its strategic communications and capital markets engagement. The CFO noted Lindh's strong background and expressed confidence in his ability to drive the equity story forward.
Johan Lindh will be based at the company's headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. This appointment follows Outokumpu Oyj's new strategy, EVOLVE, which was launched in June.
