Helsinki – Outokumpu Oyj announced on February 27, 2026, the publication of its 2025 Annual Report. The report, available in English and Finnish, covers the company's 2025 activities, including an annual review, the Board of Directors' report, financial statements, corporate governance statement, and remuneration report.
The sustainability reporting within the annual report adheres to European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the Finnish Accounting Act's requirements. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided limited assurance on the sustainability statement in accordance with ISAE 3000 (revised).
In accordance with European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) requirements, the financial statements are published in XHTML format. The primary statements and notes to the consolidated financial statements have been tagged using XBRL. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has also issued a reasonable assurance report on Outokumpu's ESEF financial statements.
