The annual report details the company's performance and key activities for the year 2025. It comprises an annual review, the Report by the Board of Directors, which includes a Sustainability Statement, the Financial Statements, and Corporate Governance and Remuneration Reports.
The Sustainability Statement adheres to the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the Finnish Accounting Act requirements for sustainability reporting. PricewaterhouseCoopers Oy has provided a limited assurance report on the statement.
Outokumpu has submitted its Financial Statements in the European Single Electronic Format (ESEF) using XHTML. Key financial statements and notes are tagged with XBRL.
