Outotec ranked third in Finland's Great Place to Work survey
Outotec's Espoo office secured the third position in the Great Place to Work 2009 survey for large companies in Finland. The company also received recognition for its recruitment concept.

Outotec Oyj's office in Espoo was ranked third in the Great Place to Work 2009 survey in Finland, within the large companies category. The survey was conducted by the Great Place to Work Institute in Finland for the seventh time.
The survey uses a global standard for good workplaces, based on 25 years of research. Employee opinions form the primary basis for selection, accounting for two-thirds of the emphasis, while company management practices account for the remaining third.
In addition to its ranking, Outotec received a special award for its comprehensive and successful recruitment concept. The company stated that these results demonstrate the effectiveness of its efforts to improve the working atmosphere and employee well-being.
