Malaysian company OutPerform has launched Lydia, an AI avatar designed to help property developers respond faster to buyer inquiries and manage leads more effectively.
OutPerform, a Malaysian AI platform, has introduced Lydia, an AI avatar aimed at assisting property developers with customer engagement. The product was launched at the Digital Nasional Berhad's My5G Portal experience center in Kuala Lumpur.
The avatar is designed to enable property developers to respond more quickly to buyer inquiries and manage conversations. It also aims to streamline the process of converting leads into viewings and bookings, addressing the growing customer expectation for out-of-hours responses.
OutPerform, built by Nexible Solutions and described as a Catcha Digital Berhad company, operates on a WhatsApp-first model. This launch aligns with Catcha Digital's broader strategy to expand into software-as-a-service (SaaS) and AI sectors.
Tools that process buyers' personal data in Malaysia must comply with the country's Personal Data Protection Act, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.
