Overseas Adventure Travel Launches Black Friday Sale for 2027 Departures
Boston-based tour operator Overseas Adventure Travel has opened its Black Friday sales period, offering discounts on 2027 travel packages.
Overseas Adventure Travel (O.A.T.), a tour operator specializing in travel for individuals over 50, has launched its annual Black Friday promotion. The sale covers all departures for 2027 and runs through December 4, with discounts reaching up to $4,000 on select itineraries.
A significant portion of the company's marketing strategy targets solo travelers, who represent a large share of their customer base. O.A.T. is waiving the single supplement fee for 92% of its 25,000 single-occupancy spaces, aiming to reduce the cost barrier for those traveling without a companion.
In addition to the seasonal price cuts, the company maintains its long-standing "Good Buy Plan," which provides further savings for clients who pay in full via electronic transfer or check well in advance of departure. The company, a subsidiary of Grand Circle Corporation, continues to focus on small-group excursions led by local guides.
