OxGen AI Summit to Gather Global Leaders on AI's Societal and Practical Challenges

The Oxford Generative AI Summit (OxGen AI Summit) is scheduled to take place on October 15–16, 2026, in Oxford, bringing together over 200 global leaders to address the increasing integration of artificial intelligence into society. The event aims to foster dialogue on how to unlock AI's value practically, responsibly, and sustainably.
The summit will gather over 70 expert speakers from industry, government, academia, and media at the Cheng Kar Shun Digital Hub, Jesus College. Discussions will focus on critical questions shaping AI's trajectory, including its economic impact, implications for jobs and skills, and its influence on geopolitics and human agency.
Keynote addresses, panel discussions, and fireside chats will explore two core tracks: 'Practical AI Adoption,' examining how AI can benefit industries and society and harness agentic AI for enterprise value; and 'Societal Impacts of AI,' addressing AI's footprint on employment, truth, trust, and critical thinking.
