OYO Parent Prism Reports 50% Revenue Growth in FY26
OYO's parent company, Prism, reported an 89% increase in gross booking value and a net profit surge to Rs 994 crore for fiscal year 2026, with North American operations contributing significantly.

Prism, the parent entity of hospitality firm OYO and an IPO-bound company, concluded fiscal year 2026 with a 50% increase in consolidated revenue from operations, reaching Rs 9,358 crore. Net profit surged to Rs 994 crore, more than quadrupling from Rs 245 crore in the previous fiscal year, largely driven by growth in its North American business.
The company's growth was attributed to higher business volumes, increased contributions from premium properties and company-serviced hotels, and the first full year of operations from G6 Hospitality. Prism acquired the US-based motel chain G6 Hospitality in 2024, a move that significantly bolstered its North American presence.
Gross booking value (GBV) saw an 89% increase, climbing to Rs 30,683 crore in FY26 from Rs 16,279 crore a year prior. G6 Hospitality alone generated Rs 14,107 crore in GBV during the period. Prism also reported completing the integration of G6's technology into its unified platform and deployed AI-driven tools.
International operations now account for over 80% of Prism's revenue, highlighting its strategic shift towards global expansion. The company is currently preparing for its stock market debut, having filed its draft red herring prospectus to raise Rs 6,650 crore.
