OYO Parent PRISM Reports Fourfold Profit Increase for FY26

PRISM, the holding company of hospitality major OYO, has reported a significant surge in its financial performance for fiscal year 2026. The company's net profit quadrupled, reaching €994.2 million, a substantial jump from €244.8 million in the previous fiscal year. This growth comes as PRISM progresses with its plans for an initial public offering (IPO).

Operating revenue saw a considerable increase of approximately 50%, climbing to €9.36 billion from €6.25 billion in FY25. Earnings Before Interest, Taxes, Depreciation, and Amortization (EBITDA) more than doubled, reaching €2.59 billion. The company's Gross Booking Value (GBV) also grew by 88.5% to €30.68 billion, boosted in part by the acquisition of G6 Hospitality in December 2024.

The integration of G6 Hospitality has been a key driver for PRISM's North American business, contributing €14.1 billion to the GBV during FY26. PRISM has focused on unifying its technology stack and operational processes across its acquired assets, aiming for a streamlined, multi-brand hospitality platform.

PRISM is also emphasizing a shift towards an AI-native operating model. The company is working to increase direct bookings, with 67% of room nights now coming through its own channels. This strategy supports its goal of asset-light, efficient global expansion across various geographies and customer segments.
