Pacific Arena Selects Amadeus for Technology Platform
Singapore-based travel group Pacific Arena has chosen Amadeus as its primary technology partner to modernize operations and enhance its service offerings.

Singaporean travel company Pacific Arena Pte Ltd has selected the Amadeus Travel Platform as its primary booking and servicing technology. The agreement signifies a move from previous global distribution systems to Amadeus's unified platform.
Founded in 1976, Pacific Arena aims to streamline operations, broaden access to travel content, and deliver more personalized traveler experiences through this partnership. The company serves corporate and leisure travelers, as well as cruise enthusiasts and MICE clients, across a portfolio of brands.
The Amadeus platform will provide Pacific Arena with a single interface connecting it to content providers, sellers, and partners for air, hotel, rail, cruise, and destination services. The company will also implement automation solutions, including Amadeus Robotics and productivity suites.
The new technology is expected to reduce duplicated workflows and increase staff productivity. The consolidation onto a unified technology foundation will eliminate challenges associated with a multi-system environment, speed up booking and servicing times, and provide management with better data-driven visibility into business performance.
