Pacifica has launched a new home insurance product aimed at better meeting the needs of various customer segments. The insurance is customizable to the client's personal situation, whether they are a student, tenant, homeowner, or owner of an investment property.

The new insurance range allows for personalized coverage adjustments, such as covering re-housing expenses for tenants or monthly mortgage payments for homeowners under specific conditions. Customers can also select additional options based on their individual needs, including coverage for leisure activities or multimedia equipment.

Clients can choose between two compensation levels: the Formule Initiale option includes depreciation deductions in compensation, while the Formule Intégrale option provides full replacement cost without depreciation.

Pacifica also emphasizes risk prevention. Policyholders receive information materials on common household risks, such as fire and electrical faults. Environmental responsibility is highlighted through the Equipement+ option, which promotes the acquisition of more energy-efficient appliances and supports the recycling of used equipment. Additionally, the Immo+ plan has increased coverage for expenses related to compliance with building standards to 10 percent, supporting adherence to energy efficiency and noise insulation regulations.
