PacWest Machinery Acquires Competitor Miller Machinery in Washington
PacWest Machinery has acquired Miller Machinery in Washington, combining two long-time Metso distributors in the US. The deal expands PacWest's service territory and strengthens Metso's market presence in the Pacific Northwest.
PacWest Machinery LLC of Kent, Washington, has completed the purchase of Miller Machinery of Longview, Washington. Miller Machinery has been a Metso dealer since 2007, and PacWest since 2017.
The acquisition will see PacWest assume Miller Machinery’s customer territories in Washington and Oregon, along with the quarry segment for Hawaii. This consolidation is expected to enhance the companies' collective network capabilities and strengthen Metso's market presence in the sand, gravel, aggregates, and contractor material processing sectors in the Pacific Northwest.
Metso stated that the combination of resources will provide additional benefits to customers operating in these markets across the region. Both companies have a history of delivering strong customer service.
