Palette Software and Centsoft consolidate under Rillion brand

Swedish accounts payable software providers Palette Software and Centsoft have officially adopted the unified Rillion brand. The merger, which took place in 2019, aimed to create a strong international player with ambitious growth plans across the Atlantic.

Under the Rillion brand, the company will continue to offer its accounts payable automation solutions to customers. CEO Mats Ferm stated that the goal is to make their SaaS solutions and services as easy as possible to acquire, implement, and use. "Rillion brings peace of mind to accounts payable processing," Ferm said.

The Rillion name will first appear in a redesigned user interface. The company also plans to introduce new functionalities, including AI-driven automation capabilities and enhanced analytics, in the coming weeks. These developments align with the company's growth strategy, supported by its new owners, Altor.

Petter Samlin, a partner at Altor, expressed confidence in Rillion's market potential. "We will continue to invest in rapid growth and product development," Samlin commented. Rillion automates accounts payable processes and serves approximately 3,000 companies in over 50 countries.
