The game's major 1.0 update is slated for release on July 10, promising substantial content additions and improvements. The update will introduce new Pal creatures and areas, a comprehensively upgraded combat system, and the ability to construct underwater bases.
Palworld achieved rapid success following its launch, surpassing 25 million players within its first month. Pocketpair executives have previously stated their goal to position Palworld as a dominant title in the survival and crafting game genre.
According to the official announcement, the 1.0 version will feature a large number of new Pal species and new regions to explore. The combat system has been entirely revamped, and the base-building mechanics will be expanded with aquatic construction options. The game will also receive an immersive storyline with continuous questlines, alongside extensive renovations to existing game content.
