Pamela Chambers O'Rourke Named to SIA Global Power 150 for Third Consecutive Year

Pamela Chambers O'Rourke, Founder and CEO of ICON Information Consultants, has been recognized for the third consecutive year on Staffing Industry Analysts' (SIA) Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. This list acknowledges influential women shaping the global staffing and workforce solutions industry.

O'Rourke established ICON Information Consultants in 1998, growing it into one of the largest woman-owned workforce solutions firms in the United States. The company reports over $850 million in annual revenue and supports more than 7,000 consultants with services including staffing, recruiting, Employer of Record (EOR), and independent contractor compliance.

In the past year, O'Rourke has guided ICON through strategic expansion into the United Kingdom and India. Significant investments have also been made in the company's technology infrastructure, including the advancement of ICONpliance, its proprietary compliance solution for independent contractors.
