Pampa Energía S.A. reported its financial results for the third quarter of 2026, with sales reaching $790 million. This 34% year-on-year increase was primarily attributed to the stabilization of the Wholesale Electricity Market and higher spot energy prices, alongside increased crude oil sales.

Adjusted EBITDA rose 23% to $398 million, supported by thermal power generation margins and the company's vertical integration strategy, which links its gas upstream operations with its power generation assets. These gains were partially offset by volatility in crude oil hedging and lower delivery volumes under specific gas sale agreements.

Net income attributable to shareholders reached $129 million for the quarter, significantly exceeding the Q3 2025 figures, driven largely by lower deferred income tax expenses. The company reported a net debt of $1.731 billion as of September 30, 2026, an increase from $1.319 billion in June, citing higher capital expenditures and development contributions to affiliates.

Operationally, the company produced 99.7 thousand barrels of oil equivalent per day. While crude oil production grew by 28%, gas production experienced a 6% decline compared to the same period in the previous year.
