Panasonic Connect Europe has bolstered its presence in Central and Eastern Europe by establishing a new technical and service center in Budapest, Hungary. The facility will centralize customer support, service, and development activities, aiming to provide comprehensive assistance to electronics manufacturers in the region.
The new Budapest Technical Centre features four fully equipped training and demonstration rooms, enabling a wider range of customer training sessions, technical workshops, and product demonstrations. Panasonic's Customer Experience Centre in Munich will continue to serve as the company's B2B showroom and training hub.
Spanning 860 square meters, the centre showcases Panasonic's latest Surface Mount Technology (SMT), including the NPM G series of equipment and ASF feeding technology for automated material replenishment. The APC-5M AI software solution for predictive maintenance is also on display, designed to enhance production efficiency and quality.
The establishment of the Budapest centre is part of Panasonic's broader regional strategy to offer localized support and technical know-how to customers in these rapidly growing markets. The facility will also provide full lifecycle support for products, from customer service and training to technical assistance.
