Panasonic Industry Europe Partners with RED Horticulture for Smart Greenhouse Lighting

Panasonic Industry Europe has announced a collaboration with RED Horticulture, a company specializing in smart lighting solutions for greenhouse cultivation. This partnership aims to improve crop yields and promote sustainable agricultural practices by integrating Panasonic's wireless Bluetooth modules into RED's advanced lighting systems.

RED Horticulture focuses on maximizing crop potential while minimizing energy consumption through its integrated hardware, software, and agronomic expertise. Panasonic's wireless communication modules are intended to ensure the efficient operation of RED's lighting systems in challenging greenhouse environments.

Chetan Joshi, Lead Product Manager at Panasonic Industry, highlighted the partnership's role in providing sustainable and energy-efficient solutions. "Our experience in Bluetooth Mesh networking aligned perfectly with RED's requirements for seamless networking and efficient growth lighting control," Joshi stated.

RED Horticulture anticipates that the collaboration will offer enhanced reliability and performance, citing a proven track record of zero failures in harsh greenhouse conditions.
