Panoro Energy Acquires Producing Gas Asset Offshore Côte d’Ivoire

Panoro Energy ASA announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire the entire share capital of DNO CI LLC, a subsidiary of DNO ASA. This subsidiary holds an indirect 9.09 per cent interest in the gas producing Block CI-27, located offshore Côte d’Ivoire. The acquisition is expected to strengthen Panoro Energy's portfolio of producing assets.
The block is described as a high-quality gas producing asset. Specific terms of the transaction, including the purchase price and financing details, have not been disclosed. The completion of the acquisition is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
In parallel with the acquisition announcement, Panoro Energy reported its financial and operational performance for the first half of 2026.
