Oslo, September 15, 2026 – Panoro Energy ASA announced today that its share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises. The registration took effect on September 15, 2026.
The company's new registered share capital now stands at NOK 7,022,202.35. This is divided into 140,444,047 shares, with each share having a nominal value of NOK 0.05. The share issuance was a result of a prior agreement with DNO ASA.
