Paramount Skydance Extends Expiration Dates for Debt Offers
Paramount Skydance Corporation has announced an extension for its previously announced debt exchange and tender offers. The new expiration dates are set for August 7, 2026.

Paramount Skydance Corporation (NASDAQ: PSKY) announced on July 24, 2026, that it is further extending the expiration dates of its previously announced offers to purchase and exchange outstanding notes. This marks the latest in a series of extensions for these offers, which were previously prolonged several times throughout June and July 2026.
The expiration dates for both the tender offers and exchange offers have been extended to 5:00 p.m., New York City time, on August 7, 2026, unless further extended. Paramount aims to align the settlement dates of these offers with the closing date of its proposed acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery, Inc. (WBD). The company anticipates settlement dates in the third quarter of 2026.
As of July 23, 2026, approximately 66.17% of the aggregate principal amount of existing notes eligible for the tender offers and 76.38% of those eligible for the exchange offers had been validly tendered. However, Paramount stated it does not view these figures as representative of the final results due to the ongoing extensions.
These extensions are part of the broader financial strategy surrounding Paramount's anticipated acquisition of Warner Bros. Discovery. The company continues to manage its debt obligations in preparation for the integration of the two entities. Tendered notes can still be withdrawn prior to the new expiration date.
