Paratus Energy: Board Changes Announced
Paratus Energy Services Ltd. has announced that Dag Skindlo will step down from its Board of Directors, effective September 23, 2026. Lars Pedersen has been appointed as a new board member.
HAMILTON, Bermuda – September 23, 2026 – Paratus Energy Services Ltd. (ticker: PLSV) announced changes to its Board of Directors today. Dag Skindlo has informed the board that he will be stepping down to focus on his executive role and other commitments. The company thanked Skindlo for his contributions.
Concurrently, the company announced the appointment of Lars Pedersen to the Board of Directors, effective September 23, 2026. Pedersen brings over 35 years of leadership experience in the maritime and offshore support services sectors.
Pedersen previously served as Chief Technical Officer at Frontline Management AS, where he led global fleet operations, digital transformation, and strategic growth initiatives. He also holds experience from senior roles at BW Group, A.P. Moller–Maersk, and Höegh.
Paratus Energy Services Ltd. is an investment holding company with a 50% joint venture interest in Seagems. Seagems operates a fleet of six multi-purpose pipe-laying support vessels, providing support, installation, and construction services. All vessels are currently under contract in Brazil.
