FREDERICK, Md., Oct. 15, 2026 – Families in Frederick County will have improved access to educational resources and specialized support through a new partnership between the Parent Resource Center and LINKZ. The collaboration aims to connect families with neurodivergent learners to the services they need.
The Parent Resource Center, located in downtown Frederick, serves as a hub for parents of neurodivergent learners, connecting families with trusted community partners, resources, events, and support. LINKZ, in turn, offers personalized educational services, including specialized tutoring for students with learning differences, dyslexia, and ADHD, as well as executive functioning support.
LINKZ expanded its services to Frederick County to meet the growing demand from local families. The partnership with the Parent Resource Center deepens these connections, making specialized educational services more accessible to the area's children and their parents.
"This partnership brings specialized educational services closer to Frederick County families and reflects what makes this community so special—local organizations working together to help children thrive," said Ashley VanCleef, founder of the Parent Resource Center. The collaboration highlights Frederick County's broader culture of partnership, where businesses and community organizations work together to meet local needs and create opportunities for residents.
