Parker Health Group Names Mark Lenhard as Next President & CEO
Parker Health Group has named Mark Lenhard as its next President and CEO. Lenhard will join the organization in December 2026, succeeding Roberto Muñiz upon his retirement.
PISCATAWAY, N.J. – Parker Health Group, a nonprofit provider of aging services, announced Mark Lenhard has been appointed as its next President and CEO. Lenhard is expected to join the organization in December 2026.
He will succeed Roberto Muñiz, who is retiring at the end of the year after nearly 28 years of leadership. Lenhard currently serves as President and CEO of United Methodist Communities (UMC), where he oversaw a network of nine senior living communities and a home- and community-based services platform.
Lenhard brings over 30 years of executive leadership experience in aging services and healthcare. At UMC, he focused on innovation and growth, including leveraging technology like artificial intelligence to enhance services. Parker's Board of Trustees cited Lenhard's extensive experience, collaborative leadership, and track record of innovation as key factors in their decision.
Muñiz expressed confidence in Lenhard's ability to uphold the organization's person-centered culture and thanked the board for its thorough search process. Parker Health Group, which serves over 16,000 older adults and their families annually, has significantly expanded its services under Muñiz's nearly three decades of leadership.
