ParkourSC Acquires Quartic, Merging AI Platforms for Life Sciences Supply Chain

ParkourSC has acquired Quartic, integrating its AI capabilities in clinical and commercial supply chains with Quartic's manufacturing AI. This merger creates a unified platform designed for the regulated life sciences and healthcare sectors.

The new platform enables organizations in pharmaceuticals, biotech, and contract manufacturing to track products throughout their entire lifecycle, from clinical trials to manufacturing, distribution, and point of care. The goal is to identify quality risks and prescribe actions before issues arise, thereby minimizing losses in quality, development time, and delivery.

ParkourSC CEO Mahesh Veerina stated that the combined offering provides an unprecedented connected view of a product from manufacturing to commercial distribution. The platform aims to predict which batches and shipments are at risk and suggest optimal interventions, such as process adjustments or rerouting shipments.

The acquisition doubles ParkourSC's market potential, offering a comprehensive solution for all four critical areas of the life sciences value chain. Previously, companies often relied on disparate systems, complicating end-to-end process management.
