Parkspring Multifamily Opens The Lucille Waco Apartment Community

Parkspring Multifamily is celebrating the grand opening of The Lucille Waco, a newly constructed 372-unit apartment community in Waco, Texas. Located at 2221 Creekview Drive within the Cottonwood Creek master-planned development, the property welcomed its first residents in July 2026. A formal ribbon-cutting ceremony, organized in partnership with the Greater Waco Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for August 17, 2026.

The opening represents a significant development for Parkspring Multifamily, a Texas-based firm specializing in apartment development. The new community adds residential capacity to a key mixed-use corridor in Waco, which already features entertainment venues like Topgolf and Cinemark.

The Lucille Waco offers one and two-bedroom apartments ranging from approximately 754 to 1,028 square feet. Residences feature amenities such as stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and smart-home technology. Community features include a resort-style pool, an athletic club, and a dog park.

Waco's location along the I-35 corridor has driven population and job growth in the region. The Lucille Waco aims to meet the demand for Class A housing for professionals, families, and individuals affiliated with major employers and institutions like Baylor University.
