Recreate Games has announced that a mobile version of its hit party game Party Animals is under development. The revelation occurred at the 2026 TapTap Game Conference on Thursday, though no specific testing schedule or release window was provided.

Party Animals, originally launched for PC and Xbox in 2023, has garnered significant popularity for its physics-based slapstick gameplay and adorable animal characters. The game has achieved a "Very Positive" rating on Steam and received award nominations, including Best Multiplayer Game at The Game Awards (TGA).

The mobile iteration is expected to retain the core gameplay mechanics of the original. Players will control round, fluffy animal characters in various activities, including sports, card games, hide-and-seek, and the game's signature chaotic brawls.
