Pasta Rummo Adds Three New Shapes to U.S. Product Line

Pasta Rummo, a sixth-generation Italian pasta manufacturer, has introduced three new products to its U.S. market offerings: Potato Gnocchi, Stelline, and Fusilli Corti Bucati. The launches are timed to coincide with National Pasta Month.

The new Potato Gnocchi are made with Italian durum wheat and fresh potatoes, without preservatives, and are designed for a two-minute cooking time. The company states the gnocchi will have a light texture and a flavor intended to replicate homemade versions, with ridges to capture sauces.

Fusilli Corti Bucati is a spiral-shaped hollow pasta, and Stelline is a small star-shaped pasta, both designed for versatility in various dishes. Pasta Rummo emphasizes its commitment to quality ingredients and traditional Italian pasta-making methods for these new products.

Founded in 1846 in Benevento, Italy, Pasta Rummo utilizes its signature Lenta Lavorazione® process, a slow and precise method aimed at achieving an ideal "al dente" texture. The brand has received third-party certification for its "al dente" performance.

The suggested retail price for Pasta Rummo Potato Gnocchi is $4.49, while Fusilli Corti Bucati and Stelline are priced at $3.99. The new pasta shapes are available at Whole Foods Market and other retailers across the United States.
