Patria and IDG Europe AB Sign Agreement for Satellite Communication Equipment
Patria Helicopters AB and IDG Europe AB have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for the provision of Satcom equipment, air time, installation, and maintenance services to the helicopter industry.
Patria Helicopters AB and IDG Europe AB have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) concerning the supply of satellite communication (Satcom) equipment and air time, along with installation and maintenance services for the helicopter sector.
The collaboration aims to provide the helicopter industry with comprehensive solutions for satellite communication needs. Patria sees this partnership as an opportunity to offer clients turnkey solutions that cover all Satcom and special mission communication requirements.

IDG Europe AB brings over 20 years of experience in providing Satcom airtime and equipment from major suppliers. Patria's Helicopters Unit, established in 1947, is one of the most experienced helicopter Maintenance Repair Organizations (MROs) globally and holds an EASA Design Organization Approval (DOA) within Patria's Aviation Business Unit.
