Patria appoints Mikko Leino as Executive Vice President of Operations
Mikko Leino will lead Patria's operations and join the company's executive management team starting April 8, 2024.
Patria has appointed Mikko Leino as its new Executive Vice President of Operations. Effective April 8, 2024, Leino will oversee the company's production and supply chain management and join the group management team, reporting directly to President and CEO Esa Rautalinko.
Leino brings extensive experience in supply chain management to the defense contractor, having previously held senior positions at BMH Technology Oy, Evac Group, Mint of Finland, Vaasan Group, Suunto, and Nokia. His appointment comes as Patria seeks to optimize its production efficiency to address increasing international demand for defense equipment.
Leino succeeds Manu Skyttä, who has departed the company for an external position. Patria’s leadership emphasized that streamlining operations remains a strategic priority to ensure timely delivery for both existing and future contracts.
