Patria completes acquisition of ILIAS Solutions, integrating digital defense platforms
Defense solutions provider Patria has finalized the acquisition of ILIAS Solutions, a Belgian company specializing in digital defense platforms. The deal aims to enhance Patria's digital capabilities.
Patria, an international defense, security, and aerospace group, announced the completion of its acquisition of ILIAS Solutions, a Belgian provider of digital platforms for defense. Regulatory approvals have been secured, and financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition is intended to bolster Patria's digital expertise and its offerings for the defense sector. ILIAS Solutions' software suite will be integrated into Patria's OPTIME service, enhancing capabilities in lifecycle management and advanced analytics for equipment.

ILIAS Solutions will continue to operate under its established brand, and its software suite will retain the ILIAS name. The company has offices in Belgium, the Netherlands, the United States, Denmark, and Australia. The operational transfer to Patria is scheduled for September 1, 2025.
