Patria to Attend European Defence and Security Conference

Brussels – Defense group Patria announced its participation in the European Defence and Security Conference, held in Brussels on October 14, 2025. The company is a partner of the conference.
Patria's President and CEO, Esa Rautalinko, and Executive Vice President of Protected Mobility, Jussi Järvinen, will represent the company in panel discussions. Rautalinko will contribute to a discussion on bridging public and private resources for European defense funding, covering national budgets, EU budgets, and the role of the European Competitiveness Fund.
Järvinen is scheduled to discuss leveraging European defense industry expertise for collective security and defense, focusing on ground capabilities and the dismounted soldier. He will emphasize a holistic approach to land systems.
The conference, now in its fifth edition, brings together high-level policymakers, civil society representatives, and leaders from European defense companies to address defense and security challenges faced by the European Union, its member states, and the industry. The event is organized by Business Bridge Europe (BBE) and logos public affairs.
