Patterson & O'Neill Partner Chris Manasserian Recognized by LA Times Studios

Real estate attorney Chris Manasserian at Patterson & O'Neill has been recognized by LA Times Studios as one of Southern California's Commercial Real Estate Business Visionaries. The annual award honors senior leaders in the region's commercial real estate sector for their achievements, career longevity, and industry impact.

Manasserian, who recently joined Patterson & O'Neill as a partner, brings extensive experience in California land use, entitlements, environmental law, and real estate development. He has guided the entitlement process for millions of square feet of residential, commercial, industrial, and hotel projects.
