Paulig announces layoffs and structural reorganization
Food company Paulig will implement a new organizational structure on November 1, resulting in 45 redundancies and 54 role changes across its global operations.

Paulig is set to launch a new organizational structure effective November 1, 2026, following a consultation process that began in September. The restructuring will result in 45 redundancies and 54 role changes affecting office and managerial staff globally.
The reorganization consolidates the company into three distinct business areas: Branded Foods, Customer Brands, and Coffee. Management stated the shift is designed to align global functions to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness within the current market environment.
"Our new organizational structure strengthens our ability to focus on our core businesses and growth opportunities," said CEO Rolf Ladau. The company, which employs approximately 2,700 people across 13 European countries, aims to use the structure to accelerate decision-making processes.
