Paulig has opened PINC (Paulig Incubator), a facility located at the A House in Stockholm. The initiative focuses on identifying and investing in startups that operate within the food sector, with a particular interest in areas such as taste, health, sustainability, and consumer experience.

According to company leadership, the launch is part of a long-term strategy to adapt to rapid changes within the food industry and explore radical innovation that could potentially transform or disrupt their current operations. Acting CEO Tina Andersson stated that the move is essential for ensuring growth over the coming decade.

Marika King, a former management consultant at McKinsey & Company, has been appointed to lead the incubator. Her responsibilities include developing the PINC concept and managing external partnerships.
