Paulig Releases 2025 Annual Report Showing Growth and Regenerative Agriculture Progress

Paulig has released its 2025 annual report, highlighting the company's financial results and progress in its sustainability goals. The report indicates that Paulig's turnover increased by 16% to 1.39 billion euros, marking the fourth consecutive year of growth. The company also reported substantial advancements in its regenerative agriculture programs, which now cover over 30% of its purchased wheat volume.

Paulig's comparable EBITDA improved, but its net profit decreased to 55.1 million euros from 65.8 million euros in the previous year. Despite this, the company stated it was debt-free at the end of 2025. The financial performance was influenced by factors such as the high cost of raw coffee beans, which impacted profit margins.

In terms of sustainability, Paulig reported decoupling greenhouse gas emissions from growth, with emissions per ton produced decreasing by 27% compared to 2018. The company expanded its regenerative agriculture programs to reduce environmental impact and enhance the long-term resilience of its supply chains.

Paulig emphasized its work on increasing product-level transparency, conducting life cycle assessments for over 2,500 products. Furthermore, 37% of sales came from products contributing to healthier diets. Employee safety also saw improvements, with the company achieving its best-ever recordable case frequency rate.

The annual report, including corporate governance and board reports, is available in English, Finnish, and Swedish. The sustainability report and financial reports are exclusively in English and can be found on Paulig's website.
