<p>Paulig has released its 2025 annual report, detailing a period of strong financial performance and continued commitment to sustainability. The report highlights the company's fourth consecutive year of growth, reinforcing its target to become one of Europe's fastest-growing food and beverage companies.</p>
<p>The company's revenue increased by 16% to reach a record 1.39 billion euros in 2025. Comparable EBITDA improved to 146.8 million euros, representing 10.6% of revenue. Net profit stood at 55.1 million euros. Paulig maintained a debt-free status at the end of the year. Geographically, 49% of revenue originated from the Nordics, with Continental Europe contributing 33%.</p>
<p>In sustainability, Paulig reported a 27% reduction in greenhouse gas emission intensity per ton of production volume since 2018. Emissions from own operations decreased by 38%, and value chain emissions by 4%. The company has made substantial strides in its regenerative agriculture programs, with over 30% of sourced wheat volumes now covered. Product-level transparency has been enhanced across more than 2,500 products.</p>
<p>Workplace safety also saw marked improvement, with the total recordable case frequency decreasing by 36% to achieve the company's best-ever result.</p>
