PDF Solutions, a provider of yield enhancement services for the integrated circuit (IC) industry, has announced the release of its Exensio platform. This enterprise-scale big data solution is designed to analyze and report on critical data across the semiconductor ecosystem, enabling foundries and fabless companies to optimize manufacturing processes.

The Exensio platform provides actionable information to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, aiming to maximize yield and reduce variability. This is crucial in an industry facing increasing process complexity and exponential data growth, where traditional analysis methods struggle to keep pace.
