The committee members were selected based on shareholding data from Euroclear Sweden AB as of the last business day in June 2026. The selection process prioritized the largest shareholders by voting power, offering seats to subsequent shareholders in cases where the largest stakeholders declined participation.

The nomination committee is tasked with drafting proposals for the composition of the board of directors and the selection of auditors. This structural process ensures shareholder involvement in the governance of the construction group as it approaches the 2027 meeting.
