Peachtree Entertainment Named Co-Owner and Operator of The Rail Venue
Concert promotion company Peachtree Entertainment has been named co-owner and exclusive operator of The Rail, a new music venue in Lexington. The venue's first shows are expected to be announced later this year.
Lexington, Ky. – Peachtree Entertainment, a national concert promotion company, has been announced as the co-owner and exclusive operator of The Rail, a forthcoming state-of-the-art live music venue in Lexington's Commons Entertainment District. The venue is slated to open in early 2027.
Peachtree Entertainment will oversee operations, marketing, and select programming for The Rail. New venue renderings were also unveiled, with the first wave of shows planned for announcement later this year.
The 2,200-capacity venue is designed to host national touring artists while offering an intimate experience. It will feature six full-service bars, premium VIP spaces, and a flexible layout suitable for concerts, club nights, and private events. Its location, within a day's drive of several major Midwestern cities, positions it as a strategic stop for tours.

Daren Turner, Founder of The Commons, stated that The Rail is expected to become the heart of the development and a significant part of Lexington's growing entertainment scene. The venue aims to attract visitors, create jobs, and support local businesses.
