Pearlstone Partners and Viceroy Hotels & Residences have announced Viceroy Residences Austin, the brand's first residential offering in Texas. The development is currently under construction and slated for completion in late 2027.
Austin, Texas – Real estate developer Pearlstone Partners and Viceroy Hotels & Residences have initiated the development of Viceroy Residences Austin, marking the Viceroy brand's first residential project in Texas. The 146-residence project, formerly known as The Belvedere, is located at 300 Pressler St. between downtown Austin and Lady Bird Lake. Construction is underway, with completion anticipated in the fourth quarter of 2027. Sales are scheduled to begin this August.
The development represents a new construction luxury condominium near downtown Austin, with no other similar projects slated for delivery in the next two years. This collaboration merges Pearlstone Partners' expertise in luxury residential development with Viceroy's philosophy of experiential hospitality. The aim is to create a living environment that combines thoughtful design, personalized service, and a connection to the local culture.
