Pearson Launches New Career Studio Products to Improve Workforce Readiness
Pearson is introducing two new Career Studio products connecting learning, career readiness, and workplace credentials. The aim is to bridge the skills gap and help learners transition into the workforce.
Pearson announced today the launch of its first two products in the new Pearson Studios family, Career Studio for School and Career Studio for Work, designed to address the workforce readiness gap faced by millions of learners and employers in the age of AI.
These products build upon Pearson's Career Ready portfolio, which integrates learning content, services, and credentials. The portfolio aims to help learners explore career paths, develop necessary skills, and prepare for future employment. It includes hundreds of Career and Technical Education (CTE) titles, eDynamic Learning courses and simulations, and industry-recognized certifications from Pearson Certiport.
Career Studio for School is intended for school districts to assist middle and high school students in exploring career options, discovering interest-aligned pathways, and creating individualized future plans. It incorporates assessments to help students identify strengths and research careers, including educational requirements, salary expectations, and job outlooks. For educators and administrators, the product offers dashboards to track student interests, pathway engagement, and certification data.
Career Studio for Work is designed for colleges, universities, workforce organizations, and employers to support adult learners seeking courses and industry certifications linked to career opportunities. Learners will receive guidance from a dedicated success coach and an AI tutor trained in their field. All programs feature dedicated modules on AI literacy and career development. The products are currently in pilot and will be available in 2027.
