Pelico and Boeing Sign Agreement for C-17 Maintenance Modernization

Farnborough, UK – Pelico announced on July 22, 2026, a strategic project agreement with Boeing aimed at modernizing the planning and execution of heavy maintenance for the C-17A Globemaster III aircraft. The initiative seeks to improve efficiency and readiness for the military transport aircraft.

Pelico's AI-enabled Manufacturing Orchestration Platform will serve as a unified workspace. The platform is intended to reduce depot cycle times, enhance fleet availability, and improve aircraft delivery predictability by integrating supply chain, engineering, planning, and depot workflows. This aims to streamline complex maintenance operations.

Boeing stated that the platform will replace fragmented, spreadsheet-driven processes with a shared, real-time view. This view will highlight material shortages, bottlenecks, and maintenance priorities. The agreement builds on a prior successful deployment of Pelico's platform within Boeing Global Services' commercial spare parts operations, which demonstrated significant backlog reduction and operational efficiency gains.

Tarik Benabdallah, CEO of Pelico, commented on the challenges of sustaining aging fleets, calling it a complex problem in aerospace. He explained that Pelico's solutions will provide Boeing with visibility into complex dependencies across supply, production, and repair, enabling teams to identify disruptions and coordinate actions proactively to prevent delivery delays.
